How do you price a project?

We quote based on scope and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll give you a phased quote and timeline, so you know exactly where every part of the budget goes. A brand website and a business system are very different in scale, so let’s start by talking through what you need.

How long does a typical project take?

A brand website takes about 4–8 weeks. Business systems depend on the number of modules; we usually work in phases of 2–3 months, launching the core features first and expanding from there.

Can we hire you for just design, or just development?

Yes. We often work alongside in-house teams — handling UI/UX design or front-end development, or turning existing designs into a working system.

Can you integrate with the systems we already use?

In most cases, yes. Whether it’s an existing ERP, accounting software, a POS, or a payment or shipping service, we first assess how the data can be connected, then plan the most reliable integration.

Can you help us adopt AI?

Yes. We start by mapping which tasks are a good fit for AI and what data you have, prove the value with a small proof of concept, then integrate it into your existing systems. Data security and access control are part of the plan from day one.
